Job summary

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is seeking a Part Time Retail Attendant to join our Mission Bay family. In this role you will greet guests, showcase hotel amenities, and assist with merchandise and services, helping create memorable experiences.

As a visible team member, you will need strong customer service, basic math for transactions, and the ability to multitask and work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly pay plus commission.

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Part Time Retail Attendant to our Mission Bay Family.

As a Retail Attendant you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Retail Attendants proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Retail Attendant is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to upsell and promote products.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and using a POS system.
• Attention to detail in pricing, stocking, and inventory.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
