Nike is seeking a Retail Associate (Athlete) in Reno to bring the Just Do It mindset to life. You’ll help customers discover gear that fuels movement, performance, and confidence in stores across time zones.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on service, product knowledge, and hitting daily goals. Availability includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the store. Compensation starts at $16 per hour with eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• Flexible with scheduling including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and sharing product knowledge.
• Deliver a welcoming store experience and build brand loyalty.
• Participate in store operations and meet sales goals.
