Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking Clothing Hangers/Inspectors to sort and inspect donations, hang and tag clothing, and maintain a clean, safe work area. The role supports timely processing to meet store goals.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior production experience. Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred to match store hours and volume.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Available to work most store hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort clothing with an eye for quality and defects.
• Hang and tag clothing efficiently while avoiding distractions.
• Maintain a safe and neat work environment in the area.
• Cross-train in areas such as Cash Register; Receiving, pricing and stocking donations; receivers may lift up to 50 pounds and frequently 10–35 pounds.
