The Summer Retail Sales Associate will serve customers and sell products while achieving operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities

1. Greet customers, ring sales on the register, give correct change and sales receipt, and bag merchandise.
2. Maintain floor standards, customer service standards, and utilize selling skills.
3. Assist with proper merchandising to maximize sales, earnings, and customer satisfaction.
4. Develop floor standards, visual merchandising, customer service standards, and sales techniques.
5. Provide excellent service consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes.
6. Maintain a clean and organized selling area, replenish stock as needed.
7. Follow cash handling procedures, including counting cash, checks, charges, and completing settlement forms.
8. Suggest items and quantities for re-order.
9. Assist with inventory management and receiving products.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
