The Position:

We are seeking Skin Care Coaches (the term we use for Retail Associates at skoah skin klinik).

No prior skin care experience is required, as we provide one of the best training programs around. Skin Care Coaches guide our guests through personalized skin care training and support our Skin Care Trainers (estheticians) throughout the day. You'll connect with our regular guests who know us well and whom we enjoy getting to know better at each visit. You'll also build relationships with new guests on their first visit. As the guest's first impression, use your sense of humor, curiosity, and empathy to make them feel welcomed, like they've entered a friend's home. You will also set personal goals with your managers and trainers, and have opportunities to learn about other areas of the company if interested. We are looking for amazing people to join us in our Boston location and grow their careers!
