Position Overview

Under general supervision, Senior Retail Associates provide guidance and education to each patient with medical marijuana needs. Associates assist every patient to ensure he or she is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patient's specific illness and medical condition.

Schedule

Full time, including weekends

Pay

$19.00/hr + Tips + Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability & 401K w/ Match.

Major Areas Of Responsibility

• Ensure all intake forms and paperwork are properly completed, filed, and entered into the system.
• Confirm patient purchase limits prior to consultation and inform the pharmacist.
• Provide exceptional customer care and promote positive relations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via calls or emails.
• Manage patient records using Biotrack.
• Maintain and update databases.
• Fulfill customer orders.
• Promote and sell Columbia Care products.
• Build trust and integrity around specific products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of direct customer service experience required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience as a key holder/lead preferred.
• Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Outlook.

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and communicate effectively.
