Qualifications & Expectations:

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities:

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily
