Job summary

Red Wing Shoes is seeking a part-time retail associate in Fort Myers to promote the Ultimate Fit Experience and sell premium products. You will guide customers, recommend accessories, and maintain store standards while helping meet daily sales goals.

Responsibilities include learning product details, delivering excellent service, and supporting daily operations. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.50 per hour plus commission, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ within 30 days of application.
• 1–2 years retail or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience.
• Provide accessory recommendations and educate customers on benefits.
• Generate industrial sales leads and achieve daily sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and safety standards.
