As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers. This position will meet production standards to deliver quality customer service. The Retail Associate will learn the daily operations of a retail/store outlet, gaining skills for a career in retail. This position is vital to our organization and can lead to future career opportunities.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
External Hiring Range: $13.00/hour
Retention Bonus: $500 after 90 days of employment
