As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, your responsibilities include ensuring a quality shopping experience through meeting production standards, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Key Duties:

• Cashiering and supporting the sales floor
• Processing and pricing donations of clothing, linens, housewares, and other items
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door, including handling materials, pre-sorting, and moving donated goods

External Hiring Range: $14.00/hour

Retention Bonus: $300 after 90 days of employment
