Retail Associate (Part-time) – Cheswick, PA – $300 Retention Bonus!

This position is a part‑time retail associate role at Goodwill located in Cheswick, PA. The primary responsibility is to ensure a quality shopping experience for customers by meeting production standards, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering and sales floor support
• Processing and pricing donations in soft lines (clothing and linens) and hard lines (housewares)
• Assisting customers at the donation door, including material handling, pre‑sorting, and movement of donated goods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided
• Candidate must provide a current valid Child Abuse Clearance

Compensation and Benefits

• External hiring range: $12.00 per hour
• Retention bonus: $300 after 90 days of employment
