As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will be responsible for ensuring a quality shopping experience through meeting production standards, providing customer service and assistance, and working as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for our customers. This position also allows you to see how every position in the store operates, giving you an overview of the entire process and opportunities for future advancement.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Cashiering and sales floor support.
• Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (household items).
• Assisting customers at the donation door, including material handling, pre‑sorting, and movement of donated goods.

External Hiring Range: $12.00 per hour

Retention Bonus: $300 after 90 days of employment.

Travel Required: No

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; we will train the right person for the job.

Required Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications: Candidates are expected to provide a current valid Child Abuse Clearance.
