As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will ensure a quality shopping experience by meeting production standards, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers. You will work as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe environment for our shoppers. This role offers insight into store operations and can lead to future career growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cashiering and supporting sales floor operations
  • Processing and pricing donations of clothing, linens, housewares, and other items
  • Assisting customers at the Donation Door, including handling, pre-sorting, and moving donated goods

External Hiring Range: $12.00/hour

Retention Bonus: $300 after 90 days of employment

Travel Required: No

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No experience necessary; training provided for the right candidate

Required Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications:

  • Current valid Child Abuse Clearance required
