TANISHQ JEWELRY is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience, including operating the register, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and keeping the store looking inviting.

The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience; jewelry-specific experience is not required. All training will be provided to help you succeed and grow with us.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Willingness to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly and accurately use iPad and POS system.
• Willingness to work on flexible schedules, including major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and assist while they shop.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work on iPad/POS system to ring up and complete sales.
• Count and stock inventory and maintain store appearance.
• Drive sales through targeted promotions and initiatives.
• Develop solid product knowledge to help customers with selections.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team! As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include working the register, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service - any retail industry. Experience in Jewelry industry is not required. All the training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work on iPad / POS system to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Take added responsibility for counting and stocking the inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
