Job summary

BYLT Premium Basics is seeking a Retail Associate to greet customers, deliver a high-quality shopping experience, and educate on BYLT products. You will help maintain the sales floor, process payments, and stay informed of promotions.

Prior retail and POS experience is preferred, with the ability to upsell and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility for varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

This individual will inspire to be a product expert to educate, inform, and outfit the customer for any occasion. They will have a BYLT for you mindset and be a true ambassador of the brand. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Actively greet and engage with our customers on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Support in the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience inclusive of folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments per BYLT’s guidelines to maximize selling opportunities

• Administers financial transactions by processing payments by cash, gift cards, and store-credit or other credit and debit cards.

• Cash handling skills & Point of Sales Systems experience
• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
• Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
