Job summary

Goodwill of the Great Plains is seeking a Retail Associate in Norfolk, NE to deliver an exemplary customer experience and maintain a clean, inviting, and shoppable store.

This full-time role pays $15.00 hourly and includes a benefits package; after 30 days you may access Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, plus a Personal Day, Birthday Day Off, and 6 Paid Holidays. You will ring up transactions, stock and rotate goods, accept donations, and prepare donated items for the floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that sales transactions are rung up correctly and cash is handled accurately.
• Maintain cash register supplies.
• Stock and rotate goods on the sales floor.
• Accept donated items safely and per store guidelines.
• Process donated items to create inventory for the sales floor.

• Maintain cash register supplies
• Stock and rotate goods on sales floor
• Accept donated items in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner per store guidelines
• Process donated items to produce inventory for sales floor
