Job summary

TJ Maxx Store El Paso is seeking a role focused on delivering a highly satisfied customer experience and supporting daily store operations. You will engage customers, promote credit and loyalty programs, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor to drive the business.

The position supports a flexible schedule and requires teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows merchandising standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor.
