ALDI Gainesville, FL is seeking a full-time Store Associate to help merchandise, stock shelves, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will operate the POS system, follow cash policies, assist with curbside pickup orders, and support management to meet operational goals. A HS diploma is preferred, and 18+ years old; starting wage is $18.50 per hour with scheduled increases over five years.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform duties with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience helpful.
• Ability to greet customers, handle cash, and operate POS and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product; maintain neat shelves and planograms.
• Casher and process purchases using the POS system with accuracy.
• Assist curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Follow cash policies, store policies, and safety guidelines.
