Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile's goals of earning a place in our customer's hearts and ensuring Mobile Expert success.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer:
    • Responsible for infusing every store's Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
    • Ensure that every customer need is met, and employees build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable, simple, and solving the whole problem.
    • Complete observations of Mobile Experts' interactions with customers, including feedback, for use in development, training, and coaching conversations.
    • Manage customer wait times effectively. Stay current on products, services, and promotions.
  2. Owner:
    • Lead by example, staying updated on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices to remain an expert resource to the team.
    • Interact directly with Mobile Experts to ensure they meet or exceed monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
    • Assist in maintaining the overall store environment quality and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards. Use visual displays and interactive devices effectively, keeping them current.
    • Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications. Deliver financial results based on KPIs. Identify ways to manage store expenses, including discounting and credits.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $53,200 - $96,000, inclusive of incentives. Base Pay Range: $39,900 - $72,000. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience.

Employees in Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
