Job description

The Seasonal Retail Associate is responsible for executing the front-line selling efforts, driving sales revenue, creating an exceptional shopping experience for fans, and maintaining retail standards through back-of-house operations. Seasonal Retail Associates will achieve results through effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet fans and engage with them to enhance their shopping experience.
2. Make product recommendations based on customer interactions.
3. Ensure fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience to strengthen brand connection.
4. Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail.
5. Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
6. Uphold professionalism and customer service standards to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and Teams/Leagues.
7. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 18 years old; High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Retail or sales experience preferred.
3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Availability for extended hours on game days and events.
5. Foreign language skills are a plus.
