Reports To: Store Lead / Assistant Store Lead / Retail Supervisor

Job Type: Hourly

Pay: $11/hr

Summary

Help process and sell donated goods in a fast‑paced retail store. You'll sort, price, stock merchandise, keep the store clean and organized, and provide great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers; provide friendly, helpful service.
• Receive and unload donations; provide receipt.
• Sort and inspect items to determine sellability.
• Price merchandise and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Stock shelves, racks, and displays to meet daily goal.
• Operate the cash register and complete purchases.
• Keep sales floor, fitting rooms, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic math skills and comfort using a register.
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Retail experience is helpful, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Perform repetitive tasks and use hands/fingers for register and sorting.

Work Environment

Retail store setting with moderate noise; active, hands‑on role.

Additional Information

Must follow safety procedures, maintain regular attendance, and perform other duties as needed.
