Job Overview: Provide engaging customer service, perform gift shop open/close procedures, ensure accurate cash reports, support the Hoċokata Ti Library and front desk, monitor retail area condition, and ensure inventory security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform gift shop opening and closing procedures, operate POS, and handle sales and transactions.
• Provide visitor reception and distribute outreach materials.
• Create visual merchandising displays with seasonal themes.
• Maintain retail area appearance and inventory security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years retail or guest service experience.
• Knowledge of Dakota history or Native American culture preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
