The ideal candidate has at least one year in retail, strong communication and multitasking skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will work evenings and weekends to help meet sales targets and deliver a positive shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with previous retail experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and information, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring compliance with store policies.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
• Handle inventory management tasks, such as counting stock, updating records, and ordering new merchandise as needed.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and through various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
