TJ Maxx in the United States is hiring for a store associate role. You will be part of a team that delivers customer‑focused service, handles transactions, and supports merchandising and safety standards at the Philadelphia area store.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong communication, and teamwork, with opportunities to promote credit and loyalty programs while upholding store standards.

• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
