Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean sales floor and ensure clear egress to emergencies.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect; assist at the register and answer questions.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to Customer service calls and issues.
• Represent and supports the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintain merchandise presentation per guidelines.
• Follow MOS policies and loss prevention standards when handling stock and disposals.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures with accuracy and urgency.
