The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate in Bellevue, WA to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, assist with merchandising, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role requires a weekly availability, including weekends and holidays, and proficiency in English for customer interactions. Compensation starts at $20.82–$21.32 per hour, with eligibility for a 401(k) plan and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric focus delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
