Jungle Boys in Florida seeks a Retail Associate to deliver the highest quality medical cannabis patient experience and support brand initiatives across locations. You will engage customers with professionalism, learn product details, and contribute to a welcoming store environment in a dynamic team.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, flexibility with scheduling, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems to ensure smooth retail operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances)
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of cannabis, retail sales, or hospitality service industry to include:
• Cashier cash handling Experience
• Customer-facing sales interaction
• Desire to continually learn about the Cannabis Plant and its properties
• Open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, POS, and inventory management software.
