Job summary

Jungle Boys is seeking a Key Holder to lead store operations and deliver the best medical cannabis experience to Florida patients. You will supervise daily activities, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with state regulations while supporting the brand.

Open availability including holidays and weekends is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory software is expected, along with servant leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in cannabis, retail, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong operation skills and cash handling experience.
• Understanding of Florida cannabis regulations and allotment compliance is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state and company regulations
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances)
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of cannabis, retail, or hospitality leadership to include: Strong operation skills and comprehension of significant cash handling
• Inventory Management to include merchandising, logistics, and investigation tasks
• Servant leadership mindset
• Comprehension of Florida Cannabis Regulations and Allotment compliance is a plus
• Open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, POS, and inventory management software.
