Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, engaging, and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team on a Full Time or Part Time basis. The Retail Associate will assist guests, sell merchandise, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the retail space, including inventory and cleanliness. During the golf season, this role may also work in the Golf Pro Shop.

The main goal is to provide an exemplary service experience while maintaining a clean, organized, and profitable retail outlet.

Customer Experience - Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and offer assistance
• Prioritize customer satisfaction throughout their visit
• Bid farewell to guests
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct
• Engage customers with genuine conversation and personalized service
• Know product details and recommend based on customer needs
• Resolve customer issues with management support if needed
• Follow policies at the point of sale
• Share information about promotions and events

Floor & Merchandise Management

• Maintain merchandising standards
• Keep the store clean
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed
• Stay informed about promotions and new products
• Implement loss prevention practices
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts

Community & Culture

• Engage with local communities for word-of-mouth marketing
• Build relationships with guests and community members
• Promote and embody the Equinox culture

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience preferred, luxury retail/hospitality experience a plus
• Passion for fashion and retail
• Strong team player with initiative
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for entire shift
