Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods, with or without accommodations

Responsibilities:

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to your team and customers daily
• Make customers feel welcome, care about their fitness needs, and exceed expectations
• Operate cash register, shipping, receiving duties, stock products, clean, and build visual displays, with or without accommodations
