Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a Radical Customer Experience and meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will uphold a high standard of customer service, build brand loyalty, and collaborate with teammates to create a positive, engaging shopping experience for customers across our fashion watches, jewelry and leather goods assortment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably fashion retail
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Team-oriented leadership that motivates others
• Ability to build brand loyalty and help customers succeed
• Professionalism with a sophisticated approach
• Willingness to learn and adapt to business needs
