Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a Radical Customer Experience across our fashion retail stores. You’ll align daily actions with store goals and help create a welcoming environment for every guest.

With 1–2 years of retail experience and a passion for fashion, you’ll build brand loyalty, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing needs. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid time off, growth opportunities, and employee product discounts.
