Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. Welcome customers, explain product features, and promote our loyalty program. You will help with POS transactions, store replenishment, and ensure a positive shopping experience across in-store and online channels.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping experiences as needed.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean, safe store.
