Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring in Marshall, MN. This role focuses on delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean store, and supporting multiple areas as needed to meet business needs.

You will contribute to a positive store culture, process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help keep the store safe and well-organized. Retail experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule is encouraged.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
