Columbia Sportswear Company is opening a new Park Meadows store in October 2026 and seeking a Retail Associate to deliver great customer experiences. The role pays $17 per hour with flexible schedules, advancement opportunities, and required employee age 18+.

No specific degree is required. As a brand ambassador, you will assist customers, operate POS and inventory systems, maintain merchandising standards, and support daily store operations while enjoying employee discounts and wellness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of retail experience.
• Ability to operate inventory and POS systems.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
