Qualifications

• No formal education required, High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in a position or specialization.
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions about features, benefits and availability; understand needs and make recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from sales floor or stock room.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) efficiently and accurately.
• Assist store profitability by handling product flow and replenishment accurately and efficiently.
