Homesense at The TJX Companies, Inc. in East Hanover, NJ seeks a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and support operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards.

The role may cross-train in multiple areas to support business needs. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases, promoting loyalty programs, merchandising, and aiding safety and recovery throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
