Responsibilities include ringing sales, assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting loss prevention and safety standards. The role may cross-train in multiple areas to meet business needs, with opportunities to grow within a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising and follows procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety.
