Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our in-store team. You will help customers choose footwear and apparel, style outfits, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

Candidates should have a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the enthusiasm to learn about our brands. You will support store standards, assist with deliveries, and contribute to a welcoming, loss-prevention-aware environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive and professional attitude
• Enthusiasm to learn and to share your product knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
