Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years (or less) of experience in a position or specialization.
• Experience operating POS systems and various retail software tools.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions about product features, benefits and availability.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising and cleanliness; restock and retrieve merchandise as needed.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately.
• Assist in product flow and stock handling to support store profitability.
