Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years (or less) of experience in a retail role or related field.
• Ability to operate inventory and POS systems and related retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product questions and recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness and safety.
• Perform cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with product flow, stocking, and inventory management to support store profitability.
