Qualifications

• Experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-centric focus and ability to deliver memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through quality merchandising, promotions, and meeting targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance; adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and follow store policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
