Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness
