You will assist with purchases, run the POS, maintain the sales floor, and donate sorting and pricing. The job requires physical activity and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• No specialized educational requirements; will train.
• Minimum of three months working experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally; 50 lbs frequently.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Subject to background check.
• Subject to random alcohol and drug testing.
• Fully comply with Goodwill’s Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Operates cash register, gives correct change and receipts, bags purchases.
• Accepts credit cards for purchase according to procedures.
• Watches for illegal activity and alerts management.
• Keeps cash register area orderly and stocked with supplies.
• Maintains floor and fitting rooms during business hours.
• Refers customer problems to management.
• Sorts, hangs, tags and cloting donations according to guidelines.
• Pulls items according to procedures.
• Meets established production standards.
• Heavy lifting, pushing and pulling required.
• Handles all aspects of customer service professionally.
• Follows all safety rules and practices.
