Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of returns.
• Handle cash transactions, including ringing up sales and processing payments.
• Monitor and report any inventory shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the store manager to ensure smooth store operations and meet daily sales targets.
