Home Genius Exteriors is seeking energetic Retail Marketing Representatives to engage homeowners inside major retail and hardware locations, representing a fast-growing home improvement company. You will greet customers, educate on exterior remodeling products (roofing, siding, gutters, gutters guards, windows, and doors), set up free inspections, and run promotional booths.

A positive, professional brand experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, retail, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.

Responsibilities

Work Environment
