Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Manassas, VA location. You will help shape the store's success and contribute to growth through strong sales and service.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising, and ensuring smooth workflow while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals, following health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
