Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking an energetic Associate to help deliver exceptional customer experiences and support daily store operations.

In this role you will assist with sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service while upholding company standards and health & safety guidelines. Weekend availability is required and growth opportunities exist in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic math with familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer needs.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotions.
• Assist with inventory management, shipments, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as needed.
