Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals; adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional duties and projects as required.
