Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older (18 years or older, depending on role requirements).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop; assist customers.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization.
• Operate equipment safely and assist across departments to maintain store standards.
